I want it to be a .com website but can't manage to find a place with google. I want to make it for myspace layouts but dont know where. I want one like hot-lyts.com if possible. Please help!

you can't have a domain name without paying. or if it's free it's for a demo or it's with forced ads.

check with your ISP - you are allotted web space and can create a web page and place it in that area
you ISP will give you the address where your space is located, you pay for it with your service, may as well use it
