Hahahahaha yet again, MYSPACE has proven to be a lie-busting friend to me! This time though, the lie that got exposed was really funny and put a smile on my face. :)
When I was in 10th grade, I went for older guys...mostly because the guys in my grade remembered me for being a loser in earlier grades %26amp; didn't want me. So to spite them, I went for older guys that were better looking than my classmates. One guy in particular was really hot, blonde, tall, piercings...but he was a lot older...I was 16, he was 24!
Did I say 24??? That's what he said...at the time I didn't care, all I knew was he was hot and I wanted to date. Then I happened upon his Myspace site yesterday %26amp; found out that he was THIRTY-TWO at the time! That means he is 41 now!!! Hahahahahaha! Is it wrong for me to think this is funny?!
I'm so proud of myself...one of my 1st dates was w/ a guy 2X my age! That realization has literally cheered up my day. My only regret is that I didn't do enough(sexually) w/ him

WHOA!! That is a little scary how you think this is funny!! Dating older men is fine....IF YOU WERE OF LEGAL AGE!!! But to turn around and do the same thing is SO not cool....just be thankful you did not get into any trouble or the guy you were seeing years ago.....Like my mom says: If you make one mistake, that's OK, but if you do the same mistake again....shame on YOU!!

Well I am not sure what your question is but you shouldn't really lie in any relationship - I like younger women and indeed I am married to one but during my single days I have 'had' a broad spectrum of ages from 16-40 and the largest age difference in amongst that lot was ten years - she was great!

It may be funny to you now in retrospect but that could have been a serious situation. That man could have raped or assaulted you especially if he knew how old you really were.
You are lucky that something serious didn't happen to you during your encounters with this man.
The important things is that you are old but use this as a reminder for the next time you want to hook up with someone. Lies hurt and you never know until something happens how much they can affect your life.

I think it is interesting, not so much what we find humorous as that is bound to vary as with anything harmlessly as we age but rather, what we have to present ourselves as to other people- specifically the opposite sex -and what it ultimately says about our own personalties and i suppose human beings in general.
As long as you are living healthily with your decisions and they're not hurting you in any way than I suppose you're fine. Just know when you're not and when to seek help.

A lie is never something to be proud of. You both lied about your ages so one is no better than the other. I think you both were needy individuals who were trying to prove a point either to yourselves or to your friends. It's not hard for a young girl to attract an older man, stand on any street corner and you will be noticed in two minutes by some guy, old or young. but it won't be for your great mind. You already know that. You were both seeking a trophy and were exploiting the other to have it. I think you both should have been put over someones knee and smacked...
