Seeing that you are thirteen and have had two short term relationships. What's that supposed to mean? Besides that fact, you are way to young (for me anyway). In ten years maybe. But for now I am going to have to say NO.

If you were real lucky and i liked you alot, im 14 and 1/2 so i dont date 13 years olds LOL but i might make an exception if a great guy came along anyway without talking to you and seeing a pic i couldnt tell you for sure but you dont want to actually date me anyway you just want my opinion so so far you sound great and cute!
